We want to insure proper delivery of your new Bunk bed. Bunk beds are shipped freight truck and will not be delivered by a standard package service. It is necessary to inspect the items upon delivery for visible damage prior to signing the Bill of lading (BOL). Any visible damage on the pallet or any that can be seen on the packaging/ wrapping must be noted in writing on the BOL. Please note that Army Navy Outdoors, the manufacture and the freight company can not be held responsible for any damage once the driver has left the delivery location.
Each BOL is noted with the number of pallets and pieces (box count). You MUST verify both the pallet and box count. If the number the number of shipping units received is less than indicated on the BOL you have the right to make the change.
Thank you again and please contact us if you have any questions. We want you to enjoy your new purchase. In the event of any damages or issues please contact us immediately after noting the BOL and we will work to have it corrected.
